Used to process inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Zendesk is Privacy-Shield certified. A Data Processing Agreement ensures compliance with EU privacy standards. Anonymity possible by providing only email. Alternative communication is available via email, phone, or fax.
