  • Check‑in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we’ll be happy to welcome you — just give us a call on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee early check‑ins.
    Check‑out is by 11:00 AM.


    Late check‑out may be available for a fee of €50 until 13:00— please contact reception to request this.

  • There is no dedicated parking on site, but street parking is available around the block (please observe local signs and pay‑and‑display where indicated). In central Berlin neighbourhoods like Kreuzberg, free street parking can be limited and may require a parking disc or payment via a parking app.

    If you prefer a secure, covered option, there are several nearby parking garages:

    • Viktoria Garage – secure underground parking in Kreuzberg.

    • PARK ONE Tiefgarage Excelsior Haus – enclosed parking just a few minutes’ walk away.

    • APAG Parkhaus East Side Mall – larger garage a short drive or transit ride from the hotel.

    • Park House X-berg Parking and Parkhaus Am Gleisdreieck are additional nearby options.

    Street parking rules in Berlin change by zone and time of day, so we recommend checking local signs and, if needed, using a parking app like EasyPark or PayByPhone to pay for and extend parking remotely.

  • Guests can leave their luggage at reception until 6:00 PM after check‑out if they wish to explore Berlin a bit longer before leaving.

  • Breakfast is served daily in our dining area:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

    • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Yes — our lounge area is open for guests to relax, read, or work until 6:00 PM daily. It’s designed for comfortable downtime or low‑key productivity in a calm setting.

  • Absolutely! The lounge is available to rent for personal or small group occasions. Whether you’re planning a welcome drink, private get‑together, or a casual event, we’ll happily help with arrangements — including a bar setup where guests can pay individually. Contact us to discuss details and availability.

  • We do not allow pets in the hotel.

    • Non‑refundable bookings: The price cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

    • Standard rate bookings: Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours prior to arrival. After this, the first night will be charged.
